Dr. Li is one of the best family doctors in flushing! We recently switched over due to another doctor we had in flushing and they weren't attentive on my mother's TMJ discomfort. After a year of frustration with the previous doctor and no improvement. We decided to switch to a better doctor. This decision was the best decision ever. I found Dr. Li on Google and the rating does not lie. Her staff members were super welcoming and making the switch super easy with insurance. After our first initial chat with DR. Li. We knew she cared for my mother's TMJ discomfort. She and her staff members were on top of it trying to find what the root of the problem of my mother's TMJ. The only way to do that was to get an MRI ASAP. Previous clinics we went to they kept on saying we never got approved on the MRI and didn't tell us a reasoning. Which was super frustrating. It was only till Dr. Li and her staff were so involved and caring in the process of the MRI application that we finally got approved and went for the exam.

Now we will be seeking a specialist with the MRI results. We are super thankful and blessed to have found DR. Li. Thank you everyone on the team for truly caring for my mother. It's very rare to have doctor and a clinc that just loves their work and their people! It really provides hope for people who have rare conditions.

Dr. Li's office is our go-to choice for our family's medical needs! Whenever there's a medical concern for our kids or us, Dr. Li and her team treat it as a priority and are easily reachable. Additionally, her team diligently calls to remind us of upcoming appointments, ensuring we never miss anything important. -- We've had several unpleasant experiences with medical offices, particularly those associated with large hospitals like Elmxxxst Hospital. Scheduling regular checkups has always been difficult, leading to long waits, confusing service, and poor hospitality from the staff.

Dr. Li was my father’s primary care physician for several years while her office was here in Bensonhurst. It is sad that she moved to Flushing because my dad cannot go all the way there to see her as he’s getting older and becoming more fragile. What a wonderful doctor Dr. Li is!

How many doctors out there have an excellent bedside manner like hers? She’s knowledgeable, kind, caring and a great listener. She never rushed us. She is the kind of doctor who shows you that she truly cares about her patients. At one point after an office visit, she even called us to follow up and see how my father was doing.
