Urban Design has one of the best products in the market. I bought Metal Soffits, outside stone and fluted panel for my house in Vancouver. They not only gave best quality but at the cheaper price then other building suppliers by 20%. Exactly same product sold by others was ridiculously expensive. And on top of that they returned the extras leftovers. Thanks to Dennise and Corey who helped me through out my project. I would Recommend Urban Design if you want good quality product at cheaper price.

We had a great experience here dealing with Katerine. We re-stoned our Livingroom fireplace and it turned out amazing. Katerine was very helpful, provided a discount without even having to ask for it and had the stones delivered the next day. We ordered 210 sq ft so quite a bit and they had it in stock. The delivery guy was also nice and friendly. We were able to return the leftover stone tiles hassle free without any restocking fee. We would definitely purchase here again and recommend to family and friends.

I had great experience working with Ruben at Urban Design Building Materials. He was attentive and fair with his pricing. We ordered composite decking from him and was a great experience throughout. Did not feel he was over selling and provided us great ideas to cut cost. I had an incident picking up the materials at their warehouse (frankly the guys there weren't as helpful) but Ruben called me immediately to apologize for their service even though we know it wasnt directly his fault. We needed to order additional materials and Ruben personally drop it off for us even though he didn't need to. I appreciated him going out of his way and highly recommend Ruben. The parts are great quality and his service made it very pleasant.

We had a great experience of dealing with Urban Design. From day one, we were greeted by Denise Kinakin in a very friendly and a professional manner. Denise made us feel welcome and very comfortable. She patiently listened to what we were trying to achieve in our new house and worked with us in finding the best close matching products to what we were looking for. Denise’s politeness, professionalism and friendly demeanour impressed our whole family from the very first meeting. Denise is very knowledgeable about her product lines and is extremely reliable in responding to messages. She almost became part of the family in planning for our dream home. We counted on Denise so much that we would rather wait for her to return to deal with her, even if she was away for a few days. During the process of selecting stone for the front of our house, we ended-up changing our mind three times. We were even worried that Denise may feel annoyed with us for going back and forth in our choices. However, to the contrary, Denise worked with us throughout these changes with same smile and patience. I have worked with many sales people in my life, however, never came across someone as good as Denise who is exceptionally good at what she does with excellent people skill. If you are thinking about shopping at Urban Design, be sure to ask for Denise Kinakin and I guarantee you will be nothing, but be impressed and feel well taken care of, like our experience.

The salesperson who I dealt with was very friendly and he definitely gave me the sense that he wanted the best for my business. He was responsive to my text messages and calls not only during the weekdays but also during the weekends and late nights. Theirs products are very high quality and were delivered right on time.
