Amazing service! Everyone was so kind and patient and I appreciate the information they provided when I wasn't sure what would happen afterwards. I was seen quickly and they were all so helpful. The place is so clean too. Prior to my visit, I also called with some questions and the customer service was just so easy and I felt welcomed. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Service was fast and polite. I was very happy with how the appointment went. I do however have to add, the only confirmation text message I got was sent to me 40 mins before my appointment time the day of...
My appointment was 30 days out, I would've liked either an email or text before time like most other doctors do, with a busy life is hard to keep track of all appointments without any paper trail.

This review is for the front desk that told me I either pay $560 the estimated amount after insurance or get rescheduled if I do not want to pay. I tried to reason with the front clerk that the estimated amount will go down for I had previous exams that were not yet processed by the insurance. Was told then to pay 70% of the amount or reschedule. I had no choice but to leave without rescheduling. Reading previous reviews, I see that other patients paid the amount they were told, and later, the insurance told them that they should have paid much less. I have been in that situation myself with another medical provider, and let me tell you: it takes a very long time to get your money back.

If you have to get imaging done, this is the best place to go. I never have to wait long at all or I get checked in right away. The staff and the front desk is fantastic and will answer any questions you have. Unfortunately I have had to come here a few time but they always make me feel comfortable. Everyone is just great. Thanks for all your time.

First time going into this facility, for an MRI and I was presently surprised at how attentive, nice and professional the staff was.
I loved it! And felt super comfortable throughout the entire process. I recommend Touchstone Imaging Aurora one hundred percent.

MRI technician was fantastic, so I don't include her in any of the following statements.

My insurance company verified with me 3 times before my appointment that I would be paying a copay of $150 for a freestanding Imaging facility MRI, somehow the girl at the front desk saw a different amount and insisted I pay a minimum of half of a 700$ deductible before being seen.

My insurance provider then reached out to this company to verify that they are a freestanding facility and reported to me that they should not have charged me $350 or even pressured me for it.

This is now my first step on a quest to recover my $200 they stole from me, as I'm almost certain should I not insist they pay it back, they wouldn't. No one from this company has contacted me regarding this and it is impossible to see a breakdown of charges for my exam.
