Client depuis cinq ans, un logement et six véhicules assurés depuis : aucun sinistre.

RDV avec la directrice, je demande un changement de contrat, on me dit que ce n’est pas possible, je dis qu’il va donc falloir que j’aille ailleurs, on me laisse partir sans aucun problème, en me sortant le relevé d’information, sans trouver de solution… Je vais donc changer tous mes contrats.

Au-delà du fait que l’on ai pas trouvé d’accord (ce qui peut arriver), depuis 5 ans j’ai peut-être donné 15 000 € à cette assurance en assurant plusieurs véhicules en même temps à chaque fois. Je n’ai jamais demandé 1 seul euro, et de voir avec quelle ignorance on me dit de partir, j’en suis choqué.

Si vous cherchez une assurance qui n'assure pas, ici vous trouverez l'assurance qu'il vous faut, maintenant si vous cherchez une assurance qui assure c'est pas la bonne adresse. Ce message pour mon véhicule qui n'est toujours pas réparé qui n'a presque pas roulé depuis le mois d'août 2024 à peine 50km pour un sinistre pour lequel je ne suis pas responsable !! Bougez vous !! nous somme en janvier 2025 6 mois !!!!!!

Je suis clients chez maaf depuis plusieurs années sans aucun sinistre. Cependant, j'ai eu besoin de les appeler 2 fois ,ces 2 derniers mois et à chaque fois ils sont injoignable. Cette fois ci ça fait une semaine que j'essaie de les avoir au téléphone, leur messagerie tourne en boucle des heures durant et jamais personne ne répond; Je vais devoir changer d'assurance parce que j'ai besoin d'un nouveau contrat et qu'ils ne répondent pas !

Scandaleux… Client depuis plus de 2 ans pour l’assurance maison plus deux voitures ainsi que l’assurance scolaire et un crédit voiture. La Maaf nous résilie pour deux sinistres: pas assez rentable… Moralité :
Efficace et moins cher tant que tu n’as pas de sinistre sinon c'est la Maaf qui t'préfères résilié… bref ce n’est pas la Maaf que je préfère 😋
Chercheurs en vie meilleure surtout allez ailleurs vous serez mieux assuré…

Mais je je suis abasourdi je suis jeune conducteur j’essaye de les appeler pour m’assurer chez eux j’ai téléphoné 30 minutes j’ai attendu au téléphone et toujours rien c’est inadmissible pour un jeune conducteur qui veut s’assurer chez vous que vous répondez pas au téléphone 30 minutes d’attente au téléphone sans avoir quelqu’un au bout du fil et ben je vais vous dire MAAF assurances les pubs ça marche mais le service après-vente il y est pas en tant que jeune conducteur je m’assurerai pas chez moi je sais pas comment vous faites pour avoir des clients si demain y’a un client qui est assuré chez vous aussi il y a un accident il va attendre cinq heures avant que vous le décrocher le téléphone

Rarement vu une compagnie aussi peu respectueuse et méprisante. Très fort pour harceler leur client qui demande un relevé d'information par contre très très lent pour rembourser, quelle honte et bien sûr aucune excuse, FUYEZ LES
