1st thing first, the portions are legit. The double meat burger was huge with a stout serving of the best crinkle cut fries I've ever had. The brisket and meat was on point and had a strong, but not overpowering wood smoked flavor. My buddy had the 2 meat plate and said the single meat would've been enough to fill him up. Everything is prepared and smoked on site including the fresh ground beef patties. We drove about 25 minutes and will definitely be back for more with the family and kids.

We just happened to be driving by one day and noticed the Lil Armadillo Food Truck was Open. We Turned in an decided on a Sliced Brisket Sandwich. It was Cold, Windy and Drizzley that Day, so, the Gentleman told us to wait in the Car and He would bring our Order out to Us. It wasn't long before he brought out a heavy Paper Sack with our Sandwiches in it. I have to say...they were Ginormous! Packed with Soft Juicy Brisket and topped with Pickles, Onions and Sauce. We chatted a few minutes and he was very friendly. He told us a bit about his history and future plans for the place. (The Food is reasonably Priced with Nice Portion sizes AND He makes his own Sausage😍) I will go back again. Maybe next time I can sit at the Picnic Tables and enjoy my lunch in the Shade instead of in the Truck. You should really try the BBQ if you are ever in the area. Thanks Kirby!

Stopped at this little place on 8-28-24. Some of the best bbq we ever had. The owner was one of the nicest guys you have ever met!! My husband and I got the armadillo eggs, sausage and brisket sandwich! And the fries. All delicious!!
If you drive by this little establishment.. make a point to stop!!

I mean Dayum! I was heading up the 95 from Sherwood Forest Faire today and need led a solid bbq meal. Most places along the route were closed, so after some logistics I ended up here right before closing.

The dude working the place was super amazing and brought my food to the car. The brisket was divine and I ate it with my hands, dipping in the perfect bbq sauce.

I’ll definitely be back soon!

My only wish is putting Mac and cheese on the menu pleazzzeeeeee! Thank you

Amazing bbq, brisket is so juicy and tender, ribs are falling from the bone and just the right amount of seasoning! The owner is so friendly and gave our dog a lots of crumbs for free, really appreciated that.

damn good BBQ from Holland alumni! Brisket sandwich was LOADED, moist, and flavorful. Kept falling out the bun, but I still cleaned the plate! Ribs definitely hit the spot. The cherry on top was charro beans and coleslaw. Li’l Armadillo is 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Lil Armadillo's had some of the best brisket I've ever had on this little small food truck in Holland, TX. The fat was even good! lol. The sauce was delicious as well. Folks should be in line for this brisket! Juicy, Tender and Moist. Worth stopping by if u in the area...
