I've used their income tax prep services for about 3 years now. I like that the entire process can easily be done via email, and via their secure website portal. When it's time for me to send them my information, copies of forms, etc., they first email me a document that contains about 20 or so items/questions that I need to respond to....things like my full name/address/SS....then info on charitable contributions...stock trades/dividends, etc. The usual. It's very easy to follow along and just answer the questions, save the document and then email it back to them.

Uploading copies of 1099 forms, W-2's etc to their website platform is also very easy.

In mid-Feb (when it's not quite as busy as say later in March, or early May), they turned around my income tax return in under 2 weeks...and I think closer to 1 week.

I definitely recommend them!

Karen is a very nice person who knows what she is doing with taxes. She is efficient and willing to explain and go over things with you. My 2018 tax got complicated with my hedge fund K-1 and expat situation . She was very patient and thorough when she responded to all my questions regarding the filing of different foreign reporting forms. When I left US, we were communicating over emails and she always responded promptly. Her fee was very reasonable with no hidden cost at all. I was very happy with her work style and will seek out for her help with my annual tax filings in the years to come.
