I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent experience my wife had at your obstetrics clinic. We had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Li, and what followed was an utterly unprofessional display of disregard for patient care.

Upon arrival at the clinic, my wife was asked to wait, which is expected to a certain extent in a busy medical facility. However, what transpired during the course of her wait was entirely unacceptable. My wife, who was left unattended for a staggering 40 minutes beyond her appointment time. To exacerbate matters, when Dr. Li finally did appear, it was not to attend to her medical needs, but rather to engage in personal activities on her phone.

Instead of providing the care and attention that my wife deserved, Dr. Li was shamefully engrossed in texting and online chatting about her personal matters, utterly disregarding the valuable time and concerns of her patients. This behavior is not only disrespectful but also deeply concerning from a professional standpoint. We place an immense amount of trust in the medical professionals responsible for our care, however, the disregard shown by Dr. Li for her patients' time and well-being is both disheartening and unacceptable.

I urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior is not repeated. Patients should feel confident in the professionalism and dedication of their healthcare providers, and incidents like this erode that trust.

I expect a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and reassurance that steps will be taken to rectify the situation.

Although the wait is long (~1.5-2 hours) every time, Dr. Li is respectful and gives me her full attention when she is seeing me. The assistants who take vitals and bring me in are also great and welcoming.

I don't understand all the bad review. She is an angel and delivered both my children naturally and smoothly. UPDATE:
I originally gave her 4 stars because I thought she was very pleasant but the wait time was very long, but had to come back and give her a one star for missing a big issue I had on labs I had on my last pregnancy. She didn’t call me for two months after drawing them. so I thought everything was fine. Then one day I get a frantic call from her head secretary that I had to come in right away! She wouldn’t explain what was happening or what the issue was so I rushed in.I was explain what the issue bu the doctor and it was brushed off as no big deal even though
she sent me down the hall right away to have a special scan. That was just unacceptable in such a delicate moment in a woman’s life not to mention it could have been fatal to me or my child. Thankfully I promptly switch doctors and it was indeed a potential big issues and I had to go in for weekly scans. Baby and I are fine. She is now a thriving 6 year old. Dr. Li Qili was not a bad doctor but just grew to fast for her practice.

This doctor is money driven, asked me $500.00 cash when my insurance fully covered the surgery expense and didn’t refund me back after I confirming with my insurance company that she over charged $500.

Waiting time is too long, attitude is too bad . She doesn’t care about your baby, she is not respect life . And her bill guy always creates fake bills charging my insurance company for the service they never provided .

Wish i could give 0 star. Unethical and unprofessional. Didn’t explain to me the procedure and performed a D&C on me without an aesthetic. The pain was unbearable and her attitude was rude and cruel. she literally told me that all her patients who had D&C came back with bad result without any further explanation. Avoid at all costs!!!!

The doctor is rude as we know from other’s reviews,every time even we come on time there’s still one hour waiting time( sometimes 90 minutes), and she only spends 5 minutes with you at the exam room, during the 5 minute she still keep doing her work, reply email or wechat, sometimes I want to ask her questions, she doesn’t even wait till I finish the sentence and rush to leave, I understand her real estate business is more important than the patient, because that makes more money for her. The most ridiculous thing is they CHARGE patients $0.75 PER PAGE of the report if you transfer out, is it required BY LAW to release the information to other doctors if patients already signed the HIPPA form I am not asking you to print out for me, not wasting any of your ink or paper, so please think carefully before you deal with this doctor

I would give a negative star --★★★ if they allow. In the beginning of 2 times visit the doctor is pretty nice,but after that is not same story. I don't mind long wait (nearly 2 hours every time)if doctor is good. All about this doctor Li is only money, I had a minor surgery of Scrape uterine polyps, so Dr Li told me to pay cash of $600 cause insurance not cover this and so I paid. But after few weeks I received statement from insurance company and Dr Li charged $3850 to my insurance company, this is ridiculous.
I only have 5 times visit since May until July, but Dr Li bill my insurance company for more than 15 times, I never visit for August but they still bill me for 3 times, tis is really disgusting and my last visit was very disappointed and extremely angry, I was there waiting almost 2 hours Dr Li not even answer any of my question , she printed out my mammogram report and ask me to see another doctor,she is just wasting my time, I do have the report This is disgusting I meant I don't have to go there wait for 2 hours for you to print out the report for me and the doctors bill my insurance company for $460 on that day.
I will never come back to this doctor, all she wants just money, they took advantage to claim your insurance for not visiting at all.

今天想找妇科医生看，所以上网搜索了一下哪个医生，搜到十二年前我生孩子时候看的李医生，生完孩子后我再也没有回去她这里看过，我一直怀疑我生完孩子后，她没把我的伤口缝合好，那时候我的伤口疼了都快一个月了，每天用生理盐水冲泡着才缓解疼痛，而且在我生完孩子缝合伤口的时候她叫了好几个实习医生在旁边看着教，是另一个实习医生动手操作的，第一次生孩子也没懂，以为这是正常操作。?而且到现在我都觉得我伤口缝合着的地方有个突出的小瘤子的。我平时不评论的今天看了大家的评论，我很确定我的怀疑是对的。她太粗鲁了。
