My first visit was wonderful, wonderful customer service and wonderful products. The pricing is fair and affordable for a full set and they sell some nice smell good lotion for your hands. My favorite part was when the nail tech massaged my feet and hands. One star is missing I think the communication can be better, the nail tech had a hard time hearing and understanding me. But overall a great place to have your hands and feet done.

Do not go there. The lady was rude from the very beginning. She talked to me for five minutes about them nails when I only want a full set with gel powder, not colored gel. I just wanted a pedi and full set after giving my nails a break. I requested not to put any blue soap in my water because I’m very simple with my nails. I don’t use any scrubs or anything for my feet. I just want the cuticles really clean. She said no, so I left.

Just rude for no reason. If you put soap in the water that I don’t use because I use organic soap that means YOU’LL DO MY NAILS AND TOES WRONG TOO.

Went to Li Nails in So Holland, IL on 7 /24 for a mani/pedi. My nail tech was Lee and she was VERY heavy with her hands. At times it was painful but that was not the worse that happened. Within 2 hours of leaving the shop my Nails started to chip. I was doing some shopping and was very careful not to hit my nails on any thing. By 9 pm the polish was almost totally off. $35 was a lot to pay for a manicure that didn't last even 1 day. I picked a OPI color but I'm convinced they are not using genuine OPI products. They are filling the OPI bottles with a cheaper polish because genuine OPI products do not chip. If you want your polish to last you have to pay $65 for no chip polish, Really! I ignored the reviews when I read them, wish I had not. I would give them a -5 stars if I could. People save your money and do not go to this salon.

I usually go to Relax Spa and Nails in Schererville but I didn't have much time this day. I only came here to get my acrylic nails off. I don't know the ladies name but she was on the thick side. She clipped my nails. Then proceeded to take a nail file and literally rip the fake nail off my real nail. My nails are still messed up and probably will never be the same. The part under my nails go so deep and are still red and its been about a month. I would never go back. Just don't come here. Look at the reviews.

Worse eyebrow service. First time coming here. The nail tech who did my no chip manicure & pedi did a good job. However, the lady (heavy size lady) who shaped my eyebrows had such a poor attitude. She didn't say anything to me when she came in the room. I asked for my brows to be shaped and keep full. She handed me the mirror. I pointed out and asked her to trim the area on my eyebrows that needed to be trimmed. Her mannerisom and attitude was so bad. I asked her if there was a problem because she was put off by my request. Well after that I just left. Now I have to get my eyebrows fixed

This place make me spend my time . Since i do one step inside, my problem its they bring me an atitude it was 6:08 and they finis hed one costumer at 6:20, i jusy came for some color and manicure easy and light, so that lady start to do clean stuff second one came to me telling... what color? Just super irritating... DONT SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE IM PETTY SURE THERES BETTER PLACES WHERE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AND BE HAPPY TO DO IT

THIS GIRL WAS THE ONE THAT MAKE ME WAIT AND THEN SHE SAID "WE CANT TAKE YOU NOW"

The healthy Chinese lady was not friendly and she kept jerking my hand and didnt even do my nails right. Sad I'm paying to do your job.
Will not recommend this shop to anyone and is going to call the BBB and report them.
They lucky I have to give a star.
