This is a very difficult review to do, but I am pissed off at this doctor’s front desk for the doctor whom we have not yet seen. Unfortunately your practice is only as good as your staff are. Made a new patient appointment for my mother, about 2 month out. While official appointment is suppose to be this Friday, May 17th at 9am at Frisco office. I received a call from doctor’s office, stating doctor will be out, need to reschedule, she has availability tomorrow, Tuesday, May 14 at 1:15pm and 2:15pm. Since I do not want to wait another 2 month, took 1:15pm appointment, but need to call mom’s availability to confirm, told them to email me all the paperwork so I get all paperwork started. During lunch time, found the appointment place is at Flower Mound, called office and verified the appointment is definitely in Frisco. After calling my mother to discuss her appointment change, she had a conflict. So I called in to change appointment, only gotten voicemail. I eventually got through to front desk after 4 calls, “yes, we can change appointment but you will be charged with no show for tomorrow. Next available at least one month out”. Very rude front desk.

Sept 3, got a reply from owner for this practice, 100+ days later. Unfortunately, expecting a patient to sit and wait for 100+ days while office can realize this issue is unrealistic while there are so many good doctors with more friendly front desk around. We are glad the doctor/owner realizes this problem will their front desk, hope they will treat their patient more humanly. And we shall continue to enjoy the no show bill from you with a doctor whom we have never seen.

Did not care for her demeanor at all. Has the God like complex. Would not even let me express myself or even tell her my symptoms. Talked over me continually...you can do better!!!

Dr. Jiang has a very strong personality. She's a young hearted person but at the same time, she has an old soul within her. She's a remarkable rheumatologist. She listens carefully as you are talking to her. Dr. Jiang doesn't walk in and walk out. She doesn't talk while you are explaining yourself. She gives you advice on your health. Keep Up The Good Work!

I have found Dr. Jiang to be a kind, warm and compassionate physician. She has gone out of her way to get pre-certification for a new medication which has put two autoimmune conditions into remission. She is one of the finest rheumatologists in DFW. She actually treats her patients like members of her family. A true gift to the medical profession.

Dr. Jiang is fantastic. She took her time to explain everything from cause, results, medicine and what to do next. I came in for some knee/back/neck issues, after the first consultation, i was very amazed that she was very welcoming and you didn't feel rush. Some Doctors make you feel rushed and they're almost out the door while you're still asking a question. Dr. Jiang was great all around, i would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a caring Doctor.
