This is an average Chinese the menu are standard. The food was ok although I found it to very expensive for what it was and also it come in polystyrene containers.

It’s also a CASH ONLY business which has tax dodge printed all over it to me!

Avoid this place. It's shockingly bad. I can't believe the (mostly unverified) reviews it has. I just had the worst curry I've tasted in my long life. It was like somebody overwatered a packet of cheap supermarket curry powder and added a few onions and some sliced beef. Satay tasted more like a curry than the curry did. (Not even the slightest taste of nuts). Spring rolls are soggy. God help the unfortunates who praise this dump. They clearly have no taste buds.

Chicken curry is delicious chicken so tender and curry sauce spicy and perfect. Love the crunchy onions too. Best wee takeaway in dennistoun. I would have given it 5stars if they did deliveries.

It's the Lee Wah a Dennistoun institution, changed hands since the good ol' days, maybe it's nostalgia that says the chips were better then , maybe not , not as fluffy inside and more seasoning , but apart from that the curry sauce is back close to what I remember . You see the Lee Wah curry sauce was always darker and more peppery than other places that opted for the lighter sweeter sauce and that sets it apart . UPDATE I DROPPED THE STARS TO 3 .IT JUST AIN'T THE SAME ANYMORE , LIKE THEY CAN'T BE BOTHERED AND MADE THIER MONEY , NO HUNGER OR DESIRE TO BE THE BEST AND BY THE LOOKS OF THE NEW GENERATION COMING UP ,I DON'T HOLD OUT MUCH HOPE OF GETTING THAT CLASSIC LEE WAH BACK .

Thought I'd try this due to ppl saying it's good well I was highly disappointed... Chips hard and uncooked, noodles burned so much so you could smell the burnt smell before opening the almost closed containers. Burnt egg omlettle(almost full wok size burnt egg) pity it was egg fried rice I ordered, dry and uneadable when I found that container had rice in it. Gravy thick black tasteless water, mixed it with bbq sauce to taste not much of an improvement. Beef curry not a beef curry it's boiled shredded beef Slices with sauce half covering, Crackers a little chewy n surprisingly the only thing that resembled a Chinese takeaway. Will never be back nor recommend.
