DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE!

I tried to make an appointment after getting authorization and stayed on the phone for 40+ mins (including wait time) only to find out that I cannot make an appointment other than 2 months away for any locations.

It took at least 15 mins just to verify my info after giving out my bday, name, medical group name, etc. I asked if I can provide an authorization # or send it to her via email but she said that's not needed. Later, she went ahead and talked to her billing department and was able to find my info under same info I gave her. I asked her why and she goes billing has more info than I do without having any kind of apology or inconvenience I am going through just to make an appointment after staying on the phone for so long!

She doesn't have to be an angel but you have some common courtesy instead of talking like a robot. I asked to speak to the office manager and she said if he doesn't answer, go ahead and leave a message but it didn't even get to voicemail after 30 times of ringing which I ACTUALLY waited.

I told her I had symptomatic A-FIB that I really need to see the specialist ASAP but I addressed how frustrated I was the way how she's handling this appointment call that "I was going to get you the faster schedule but you asked me to transfer the call to my supervisor so that's what I am doing". This is after she said "let me find a schedule for other doctors" when I asked for Dr. Li (which STATES ON THE REFERRAL SHEET she said she doesn't need but later asked me to email which I did email her). She said "you didn't tell me this appointment is for Dr. Li.". SERIOUSLY!!!!!!

I specifically looked for this DR. but I cannot even bypass this office clerk just to make a simple appointment!

Dr. Li is fantastic, she is very knowledgeable and doesn’t act like you are beneath her or that she is god! She genuinely cares about helping you and takes the time to explain everything and answer questions. She’s The best!
