I've been seeing Dr. Jack Li for a while now. He is an excellent doctor. Smart and funny to boot. Also the nursing staff at the Great Neck location, I'm thinking of Na-toy and Emily in particular have been wonderful. I wish that there were funds in your budget to retain such fine nurses but I am confident that whoever is hired to work with Dr. Li will be just as good. Why can't you hire them part-time?

Had an amazing visit. It was the first time a Doctor actually listened to me and cared. He’s definitely not like your usual primary care doctor. It was an extraordinary visit and I’m telling all my friends and family to see him.

Seen with a very short wait, and front desk, nurse, and doctor were all very friendly and professional. Dr. Li had excellent bedside manner and answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend!

Very down to earth physician, Dr. Li. He has pediatric expertise as well and is a Naruto fan! My 11yr old was pleased. The office is clean and smells fresh. The office staff is respectful and professional.

**Note: this review is in regards to the staff here not the doctor himself as he did not see me.

Called the office, and dialed 7 to speak to the office manager to let them know that I am running late for my appointment and that I will be there in about 45 minutes as per the GPS. She said that's not a problem you can come on down. By the way, I left work early in order to make it to this appointment. as I proceeded to check in with the attendant at the check in counter, she called the doctor to verify if he could see me as I was 40 minutes late, at which point she said sorry and that I will have to reschedule. What was the purpose of me calling to confirm if I can come in still? I was completely calm the entire time as it was not the attendants fault, I proceeded to tell her that I spoke to the office manager and she told me to come in and that this really inconvenienced me as I drove an hr and half in traffic to get here. The attendant from the check out desk asked the office manager if she had spoken to me, and she denied speaking to me, and all three people, the office manager, check in and out attendants said they did not know who I spoke to. Awesome, so my time was wasted after some mysterious women answered the office manager's phone and told me it was okay for me to come in. This review is not for the doctor himself as I did not see him, however there is no way for me to leave a review of the staff.

Jack is my favorite doctor ever. Young, energetic, relatable and easy to talk to. Always on time, doesnt keep you waiting, willing to work with you and just a great guy overall. Couldnt recommend him enough

No lengthy waiting. Everything is perfect: Location, front desk, nurse, and the doctor, all good! Results and doctor message are available the next day! much faster than I expected.
