Dr. Li has been a great doctor. He takes the time to talk to me, I don't feel rushed like a lot of other doctors have done. I've never had issues with his staff like others have.

Dr. Spencer Li is fine but his billing staff is terrible. When I need follow up visit, they call me schdeul Zoom visit and charge me copay by phone. Now 9 month later, they send other bill to me try to charge it again. I told them I had paid before the zoom visit. The lady tell me I need talk with my insurance for this copay or I will never see this doctor again. Fine, I really don't want to see those people again.

Dr. Spencer Li and his staff are amazing! I’m greeted with kindness and respect every visit. Dr. Li is very patient, knowledgeable and professional. I had stomach problem for almost 30 years and been seeing many doctors, but the issue never been cure. My friend recommended I see Dr. Li. In Dec. 2010, Dr. Li provided procedure and prescribe medication to me. After 2 years of seeing Dr. Li, my stomach issue eventually gone away and I can eat and drink normally. In year 2018, I went to see Dr. Li for following up and my stomach are normal. I don’t know how to express my appreciation to Dr. Li. I’m so thankful to Dr. Li.

Dr Li and his staff are top notch, office staff was nice as they could be and actually got me in earlier than my appointment time, wish some other doctors were this punctual

Fast, kind, professional, and helpful nurses and Dr. Li. I got a colonoscopy and endoscopy and everything went fairly smoothly except had a little coughing afterwards. Who knew anesthesia was so calming

I have waited sometime to write this review. My experience has been that Dr. Li is one of the most caring doctor's I've ever had. My issues were long running and eventually required surgery to fix. The surgery was not all that bad, but the infection after was. Dr. Li kept in close contact with me and was very concerned with my wellbeing before and after treatment. For a time there he was pulling every string he could to get me help, but this was in march of 2020 when everything was shutdown and not much help to be found. I'm in good health now and very appreciative of all he did for me. Thanks Dr. Li

Went to Spencer Li for first visit, told him about my syndrome. He didn't do any checking on my body, and went straight to advise me to arrange for colonoscopy check as he said without the report, he cannot give any advise, make sense to me (I didn't arrange for the colonoscopy check at the end).

However, when the bill came for the first visit, it stated in the bill that he had done the Colon cancer screening and Alcohol screening which it didn't happen.

This is not an honest business, my personal opinion is not recommanded. If unfortunately you already visited his office, make sure you check your billing details. Good luck!

I have been a patient here for many years and have never had a problem with the Dr.'s but the administrative staff have always been incapable of doing their job. Recently I saw Dr. Li, who wanted to do a procedure on me and charge me $600+ his portion and $600+ for anesthesia. Dr. Li was more concerned about collecting the money than he was about finding out what was wrong with me. I declined the procedure. I was later looking at my EOB from my insurance and noticed that I overpaid for my copay at my appointment by $40. I have been trying to collect my $40 refund for over 3 months now. Each time I call the office manager tells me "your check is being mailed today". I have given them plenty of time to correct this before writing this review. I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone.
