I'm in town for two nights only to give a talk at a nearby university so this is purely a business review, no tourism considerations. I travel a lot and don't usually have this smooth of an experience in hotels. On work-related trips, I look for hotels to have all the little things taken care of so I don't have to waste time in a packed schedule with inconvenience. I am very happy with the comfort, convenience, and service in this hotel. The front desk staff as well as room service and restaurant staff have gone above and beyond. The ice machine down the hall is out of order, but they quickly delivered ice to my room and extra coffee supplies too. The front desk clerk agreed right away to change my room when I specified my preference for a room not too close to the elevator (noise considerations). I had an excellent cocktail from an attentive bartender while waiting for the room change. The room is nicely furnished with lots of lamps (my preference over stark overhead lighting), even one for makeup application in the roomy bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the hallways were quiet last night. There was an extra blanket and pillow in the closet, which I often need, and an easy-to-use thermostat in the room. This room has all of the other convenient amenities too: mini fridge, decent one-cup coffee maker; hair dryer, wine glasses and corkscrew, bottles of spring water, bedside plugs for phone charging, and a roomy desk for working.

I had an excellent stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a perfect location, walking distance to the Mont-Royal and shops. With a great restaurant, cozy café, and delicious drinks. ||||My room was very comfortable and well-equipped, and I especially loved the complete gym, everything you need for a perfect stay. But the highlight was definitely the staff; so attentive, kind, and always helpful. A special thanks to Rui, the doorman, for his kindness and wonderful service! Highly recommend this hotel.

The concierge made our trip extra special - Veronique Bourgeault and Annie Dion-Clement. Their recommendations about where to go, shop, to do, and where to eat brunch and dinner were off the charts perfect. Dante is an added bonus at the desk as was the hot chocolate cart on a cold snowy day. Meanwhile the room was large and comfortable - the bed was large and comfortable, no lumps, and the bathrooms were large and cleaned well. Service and drinks at the bar were great each night we were there. And the location is convenient to go anywhere in the city!

This was my first stay at an Omni Hotel, and I can honestly say it left a lasting impression. From check-in to my final evening at the bar, every moment reflected a level of care, warmth, and genuine hospitality that’s increasingly rare to find these days.

A special thank you to Julie at the front desk, who greeted me with such kindness and professionalism. She set the tone for my entire stay — friendly, efficient, and truly welcoming. It’s always the first impression that counts, and Julie made me feel right at home from the start.

Equally memorable was the experience at the bar, where I had the pleasure of meeting Max and Theodora. Both of them exuded passion for what they do — crafting incredible cocktails, engaging with guests, and creating such an enjoyable atmosphere. I also want to extend my appreciation to the wonderful bartender working alongside Theodora (I believe her name was Estefania — my apologies if I’ve gotten that wrong!). Together, they were an absolute joy — their energy, teamwork, and creativity behind the bar made every drink an experience in itself.

Beyond the impeccable service, the Omni’s atmosphere was warm, stylish, and inviting. It’s the perfect mix of sophistication and comfort — and it’s the people, not just the property, that make it shine.

I travel often and have stayed with many major hotel brands over the years, but this experience at the Omni stood out as one of the best in recent memory. The genuine hospitality from Julie, Max, Theodora, and Estefania (forgive me if I’ve misremembered the name!) turned what could have been an ordinary business stay into something truly special.

Thank you again to the entire Omni team — I’ll absolutely be returning, and this stay has made me eager to explore more Omni properties in the future.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. My friend and I stayed for 5 days and took in so many attractions and shopping. Everything is easy to access. The rooms were good but no overhead lighting made it a bit dreary at times however the beds were really comfortable. The truly exceptional part of Omni is the extraordinary staff. Everyone we encountered was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a lovely doorman Rui who was always cheerful and our concierge was knowledgeable. She gave us a recommendation for a wonderful restaurant and information about various attractions, also our bar/restaurant staff, especially Lea and Sebastian were always prompt and attentive. Although parts of the hotel need an update I give it 4 out of 5 just for the wonderful staff. Thanks for a great stay.

We immediately felt welcome. Staff was friendly and always helpful when we needed them. Restaurant and bar comfortable and food excellent. Room clean and we never heard any noise, slept so well. The hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Perfect.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in Montreal at the Omni when we were in town to see a concert and a Habs game. The location was absolutely fantastic and in close proximity to nearly everywhere we wanted to go. We were able to walk to most destinations and very few were anything more than a 25-30 minute walk. In a few cases we opted to take an Uber which never ended up being too expensive. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. We would absolutely return to the Omni the next time we are in Montreal.

Nice location in the downtown of Montreal. Staffs are professional and breakfast are decent. But there is no spa on-site as their picture shows online and the pool is temporarily closed which has not been clearly described online when I book. It was a big disappointment for my kids especially. Otherwise the room was clean.
