We purchased our new build Lennar home back in 2020 and just had the master bathroom mirror randomly fall off of the wall and shatter at 3am. Food for thought, if someone were in the bathroom when it happened this would be a very different review. Lennar said "not it" and told us to call the installers (Gale). I'm waiting for a call back, but after reading these reviews I doubt I'll receive one. Total lack of sympathy and accountability which is the most disappointing part. If moisture and uneven walls, due to house settlement over time, can interfere with mastic's durability and performance, why not install a couple clips while you're at it

Matt, the salesman and I had a miscommunication which once he was made aware of it quickly rectified it.
Matt, not only rectified the issue but made me feel heard, which was a very important part of my minor issue

I called this company and spoke to Mike. A Mirror randomly fell off the wall in my house just a few mins after being in the bathroom with my kid. I asked if they could replace it because they had obviously done a poor job installing it. He explained that the house was 4-5 years old and they couldn’t do anything for me. They could install plastic pieces to hold the rest of my mirrors in place in my house. I’ve lived in a lot of houses for a lot longer than 4-5 years and never had to worry about a mirror falling off the wall. They obviously were cheap with the adhesive and didn’t install it properly. Mike would not have a supervisor call me back. He said, “what do you want me to do?” I said I want a replacement, but he refused. I told him I’d have to warn my community and neighbors on Facebook about the mirrors because I’d be worried they might be in the bathroom when a mirror falls off. He acted like I was threatening him and hung up on me. Some good customer service would have cost him maybe $30 to put in a new mirror. I would not recommend this company. They don’t stand behind their work.

Great customer service. Gale is always willing to help and will do whatever it takes to make sure a job is followed through until the end. Will use Gale again. Thank you all for everything you do.

Warranty work on a shower door. Warranty claim process began October 2022. Made an appointment and they came out, said show door was installed improperly and missing pieces. They scheduled a time to come back and were very inflexible with their scheduling. No phone call ahead of time and had to be home between 1-5 pm waiting on them to show up. They never showed or called. When we called to ask about it they lied and said they came out and no one was home. Thanks to Ring camera, I was able to prove they in fact showed up at 9am on a random Monday. When presented with this information they admitted it was true. Made another appointment, they were still inflexible with scheduling and again were a no call no show. One star because zero stars is not an option .

Great results! I had foam insulation sprayed in my shop ceiling and down two feet on the walls. It dropped the temperature almost 10 degrees during the hottest time of day. Now just waiting for my ac unit. Can't wait to work in comfort during the summer months.

Installed a shower for a new home of mine and installed improperly. Absolute joke of a company. Worst customer service ever. How they are still in business just blows my mind. I strongly advise against using this company.....
Update... Finally got ahold of someone who knew what they were doing and actually did what they said. Branch manager was very helpful and so was the field manager. Everything was taken care of; and quick! Thank you
