I was supposed to receive Healthy Meals from GA foods. Instead, after 10 days of waiting I received two boxes of expired packages and rusty cans of nasty looking “pantry” foods. I called GA foods and after being assured that they would deliver 14 “healthy meals”, I again received “pantry” items. This time, the driver was good enough to go into the truck and bring 7 frozen meals that he had extra. 5 out of 7 meals were barely edible. Simply Insurance, my insurance carrier that is supposed to provide these meals has been of no help in this matter.

After days of trying to get a re-delivery of my food I was told in the beginning that they didn’t have a driver at first and then they said they delivered the food at 2:40 PM and they got a signature but yet when I called the 800 number the excuse were they didn’t deliver it in my county they deliver it in another county and they cannot read the signature on the paper. What a lame excuse. Plus the items I got I don’t know where they got them but they look as if they had these. Items hid and when I complain they just grab them off the shelf where they place items that don’t nobody else want. I don’t even eat none of the items they sent me, so what am I supposed to do now, is starve. and one of the items is already expired last month and the boxes look like somebody try to open them up. and this is my first time using this company.

I have a lot to say here. Number one they don't pay attention to detail. Number two they don't know what they're doing number three they disrupt your entire. Number for they make promises can't keep. Number 5 you can never get the right time of the day cuz you had 20 different stories. Number 6 you have to repeat yourself over and over again because they don't know how to follow what you're saying. Number 7 they give you the third degree and it goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on. Number 8 you can never get a you have to call 100,000 times before you get one. Number 8 they have you on hold forever. Number 9 the fake introduction is so funny because they're acting like they're trying to impress somebody in the background but yet they don't even know what the heck planet they're on they're in a call coma. Number 10 the questions will go on and on and you can never get a word in edgewise because the amount is like a runaway train that lost his caboose running down the track. Please don't waste your time with these people I'm going to contact your sponsors and board of directors so that they shut the whole place down and they don't operate anymore because it's just too aggravating and debilitating to deal with them all together. One more thing to add. Even the drivers are complaining about the people in the office. Because when the drivers get to the customers the customers tell them the driver what the people in the office did to them.
I can see why the review is so low because the management is retarded you're dealing with autistic children. That's what happens when you have wrong people running a business they shouldn't be running they're not qualified

I live in a senior community and some of my elderly neighbors get these meals and sometimes they like to share so I have a tried a few. They are not great but they are not bad either. They are a lot better than other meals I have tried and I love their bread. In a few years, when I get Medicare, I'm definitely going to see if I can get these meals.

Pre-made meals for seniors and students. The food freshly made the before meals are sent out. This is great to have for a program, field trip, or special event for students or sport players. Also, great for assist living facilities

Very slow shipping and you have to stay home all day to wait in them to sign for shipment. Can't pick individual meals like the other food services

I was supposed to get my meals Tuesday the 23rd of this month and I have not seen my Leo they keep jerking me off for my food I don't know what does GA Foods is all about but it does suck I hope they read my post because sometimes I have to eat those meals and those meals are the worst day of ever has I am going to call Medicare come Monday and they're going to have to get a new company and get away from Sun Meadow GA Foods tired of those companies they are such a poor company that give you excuse why they can't make deliveries because they have not enough drivers this is what GA foods keeps telling me every time I call down there we got in my meals all we don't have enough drivers so that means I have to go without my food if I could turn you going out my food I'm going to sit on the roads in my wheelchair cuz I'm a paraplegic veteran and I'm a hold of sign up I need food GA Foods never sent me my delivery of food that are supposed to get Associated Foods needs to straighten up your act or I'm going to report them to Medicare that did not make it to the breeze correctly if anybody else agrees and I live in Hollywood Florida and I'm not getting my food please respond let's all get together and we get rid of Sun Meadow food out of the picture let Medicare get a different company

Most likely the BEST food service business in the US. So caring, so on time. Must be their fleet of vehicles stay maintained..wink!!
