I've had 7 surgeries and have 5 Chronic Illnesses. My last post surgery was rough and the pain was hideous. Weeks went and it was not improving. I had 3 Epidurals which gave me some relief but not enough. Dr. Shu was my last hope. After my first treatment I felt a slight improvement in the pain level. Each treatment session that followed was the same, along with the simple stretches he gave me to do. My pain has decreased by 60% in 2 months and that is remarkable. Have a lot of nerve pain from a recent back/lumbar spine surgery. My doctors want to preform some invasive treatment so went to Doctor Shu yesterday for acupuncture to directly heal the nerve. and Barely felt the needles plus felt calm as the it moved throughout my body when connected to a mild electrical current. Started to feel better right away. Now the next day still feel good with lowered nerve pain. Will be seeing him regularly which i know now acupuncture will help to calm my nerve directly to eventual get off pain meds and heal. Will keep you posted.
