It has now been over 5 years since I have been coming to and been treated by Dr. Li and her staff. The entire staff is always warm and welcoming. I get a cleaning every 4 months due to my wonderful receding gum lines and even though I cringe when i think about teeth cleaning, Dr. Li is always very careful and make the entire visit pain free. She is very careful and meticulous about making sure my teeth are sparkly clean. Hands down recommend Dr. Li and her entire staff.

I just want to leave a comment for the receptionist. Her attitude is really bad! Also be aware of the Bill, please be really Clear with the receptionist about the bill before you visit the office.

After my consultation, I said I don't want to use my dental insurance since my insurance has reimburse limit per year, I would like to pay by cash (which I have asked price before and it is much cheaper with discount). The front desk lady refused me to pay by cash and said since she already has my insurance, she has to bill to my insurance followed by the rule. I don't know what kind of rule it is, I also don't understand why I cannot choose to pay by myself or by my insurance. Never heard of this before from other clinics. After I question her several times, she agreed me to pay by cash.

After I paid, she kept saying that billing to insurance and paying by cash are different, I need to tell her before the consultation. She said she had already contacted my insurance company and that's why I can only pay by insurance. I don't even know that the receptionist is so efficient that I haven't finished my consultation and she has already finished billing to the insurance company! I provided my insurance since I want to get a price quote for the implant, but I didn't get one based on my situation so I decided to pay by cash. I am OK with that. But I believe I have the right to choose pay by cash or use insurance for the consultation.

Her attitude made me feel like I am the person who did wrong. This makes me feel sad.

I guess the reason they want to charge my insurance instead of billing to me is that they can charge more to insurance. So if you want to visit this office, be clear with their bill first.

Dr. Li did my gum surgery and dental implants 2 years ago, which change my life. I had gum disease for years and many teeth are loose. I went to many dentist and they recommended remove all my teeth and using denture. I feel sad don’t want to extract all my teeth. Dr. Li explain the treatment options to me in detail. She recommend gum surgery first and try to save as many teeth as possible. I had all four section of my my mouth gum surgery done in two visits. Then I feel much better for my gum, no bleeding, no swollen, no bad smell any more. Then Dr. Li re-evaluate all my teeth again and suggest remove 5 real loose back teeth for dental implant. Now I can chew well on back teeth. I feel so lucky to find Dr. Li. She save most of my teeth and the 5 dental implants work great.
