Regretfully I am writing to note Berkeley's poor form and lack of reliability.

After an initial phone call to discuss Berkeley's service etc, a video call was scheduled.

The director was a no-show. Afterwards, I left some messages and sent an email to politely acknowledge that I was left waiting on the given call and asking to reschedule with no response from Berkeley whatsoever.

Ghosting is poor form in any relationship. It takes some courage to contact a match-making service in the first place.

My interaction with this service is just odd and rather bothersome.

I hope no one else has to go through this disrespect.

I felt I must write a review after my wonderful experience with Berkeley. I have now met the man of my dreams thanks to the whole team at Berkeley, who have all helped me through what could easily have been a trying process. After the break-up of my previous relationship, I was feeling rather insecure and down but the Berkeley girls were so positive and gave me such great advice that the whole experience turned out to be really enjoyable. Was a bit daunted about signing up but the team put me at ease immediately. I feel that they took the time to really get to know me before pairing me with a potential partner. I met several people and had one pretty successful date. Who knows

I don't usually leave reviews but felt the need to for Berkeley since they have some undeserved negative reviews here (at least based on my experience).

Berkeley has been one of the best dating agencies I’ve ever signed up to, they sent me on regular dates and after using their service for about 14 months I have found my soul mate and I owe this to them.

Berkeley isn’t a cheap service, but in my opinion they are well worth the money – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for love.
