This place has an excellent location, right next to the train station. The rooms are spacious and have deep bathtubs, but they’re missing standard soap for the sink. The tubs could use a bleach clean because there’s yellow, orange, and black mildew built up. And guess what? There’s no hand soap available either.

On a positive note, they have an extended stay setup, so all your dishes, cookingware, and utensils are provided in the room. And the best part? There’s a laundry room on site AND it’s within walking distance of top-tier shopping!

However, there were a few issues. Some other guests smoked in their rooms, and I reported it to the front desk, but one of the workers chuckled at my complaint. I don’t think it was resolved because there was no follow-up. The next morning, the smoke filled our bathroom once again.

To make matters worse, cleaners entered our room when we had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door.

And to top it all off, the thermostat in our room didn’t work. I looked up the model number, and it was at least 10 years old. Ugh.

We chose Residhome Hotel as a room-only option through Booking.com due to its convenient location near the train station for easy access to Disneyland Paris, and because it was much more affordable than staying in a Disney hotel.||We arrived at around 11am, which was earlier than the official check-in time. We expected to leave our bags at reception, but to our surprise, our room was already available. This was a great start to the stay. The children were also delighted to receive complimentary Disney colouring books, which added a nice touch to the welcome.||The reception area was clean and welcoming, and the staff we spoke with were always friendly and helpful.||Our room consisted of one double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen, a separate toilet and bathroom, and even an outdoor area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.||The kitchen was particularly useful, equipped with all the appliances you might need for a short stay, including a small dishwasher with tablets provided. The shower was fine, although the shower head was set a little low.||We mainly used the hotel as a place to rest after long days at Disney, and it served this purpose very well. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel itself was pleasantly quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep.||We didn’t try the hotel breakfast, instead opting for the nearby coffee shop at the train station, which offered reasonably priced items. For groceries, the local Aldi and the Val d’Europe shopping centre were very convenient and had everything we needed.||Overall, our stay at Residhome Hotel was very pleasant. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, convenient location, and friendly staff made it a great choice for our trip. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Disneyland Paris.

If you are looking for a hotel that is just far enough away but also close enough to Disneyland Paris, but has excellent links directly to the front gate this wouldn't be a bad choice. The RER A station is literally at the front door of the hotel. ||The hotel is big but we have never experienced any noise from above or below. When we arrived the reception greeted us and checked us in swiftly and with ease. No problem with the city tax and explained the secure lift process. ||The rooms are great. We have had both the standard and executive room and they are both well equipped. They have a kitchenette with everything you need to a stay. As the Auchan supermarket is just a 10 minute walk away in the Val d'Europe it's easy to pop there for some milk etc and stock up. ||The bathrooms are nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. ||It's a great lower cost choice to stay near the Disneyland park. There is no shuttle that we could see but the RER is, as stated, juts outside.

I would say it is good value for money. An apartment has confortable bed and extendable couche/s. 20 min walk to disneyland or 5 min and 12 eur with uber. There is a supermarket really close, microwave in the kitchen.

Heating is not great, we visited in Nov and it was 5 degrees outside with rain. In the room it showed between 19-22 but I really doubt it, it was very cold and the floor was also very cold, my feet would freeze. After staying 10h in Disneyland I expect to have heat in the room!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 11 year old while we were visiting Disneyland Paris. The location is just brilliant, literally right across the road from the RER station and 1 stop away from Disney (return journey cost 2.50 Eur each). Trains were very frequent (every 7 minutes or so) and not crowded at all. ||The hotel room was nice and spacious even though I had booked a studio apartment. Plenty of storage space for clothes, beds comfortable and bathroom well equipped. My only slight grip about the bathroom is the shower is not very high up on the wall so even I had to crouch down a little to get under it and I’m only 5ft 4in! ||Check in was quick, staff were helpful. Only thing to note is the bar doesn’t open Sunday and Monday but there is a vending machine on -1 if you want drinks or snacks in your room. ||Hotel great for visiting the shopping centre (which is huge!) and plenty of choice for food and drink nearby as well.||Great place to stay, would definitely return in future and would recommend to others planning a no hassle trip to Disneyland.

One of the best hotels outside disney circle if you are travelling with family. The check-in person was very courteous which is not something I can say for many EU hotels. They stored our luggage in a safe room since we arrived early. It is right outside the val d europe station so you don't have to drag your luggage once you exit station. Rooms were small but you only are here to sleep after a long day at Disney.

Great location. One stop on RER to Disneyland, Around 30/40 mins into paris. Staff friendly on reception. We didn't eat here so can't comment on food. Rooms were spacious. Beds comfortable.

Before staying at this hotel, please pay close attention to the following points. Although the photos make it look nice, this hotel is actually very old and lacks many basic safety features. The so-called baby bed in our room was so old and unstable that I didn’t even dare to put my child in it — and by the way, you have to make the bed yourself. All the springs were rusty. The doors were peeling, and it even looked like something had chewed on them.

There were *no cleaning supplies in the bathroom at all* — not even soap. I asked for some, and they said it would be delivered, but nothing ever came. You can’t even take a proper shower — the water constantly switches from freezing cold to boiling hot, and the tiles are moldy.

The only positive thing is that it’s very close to a shopping mall and about a 10-minute walk to Disneyland. Breakfast was extremely poor with almost no options.

My advice: See the room before you pay.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. Despite its good location, the place is neglected, dirty, and completely lacking in care or professionalism — an absolute disaster.
