One of those very ethical guys that will try to talk you *out* of high dollar repairs that he doesn't think are necessary. Very thorough in his inspections, and happy to answer any question you have. He was also available to come inspect within 1-2 days in my case!

I noticed some cracks in my drywall and slab and called a couple foundation leveling companies for a quote. Gary was among those who came by to give me an estimate. He gave me an estimate to fix exactly what was wrong, nothing more and nothing less. I got a quote from a different company and they wanted to jack up the entire house and do a lot of extra work at over 4x the price. Gary's quote was fair and there were no "extra" charges when he was finished.

Gary and his crew did an excellent job, including taking extra care to protect the lawn and landscaping. The crew is also professional and know what they are doing. They put in some new piers, patched up the concrete, and put everything back the way it was. My driveway and sidewalk were cleaner after they left than before they started!

The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure. The estimator was very professional, explained everything, and answered all my questions. The estimate was actually much lower than I expected it to be, which was a very pleasant surprise!
