Dr. Li is a wonderful doctor, well trained, and knowledgeable in her field of medicine. She's very friendly and easy to talk to. Her staff has been by far kind, caring, and supportive to me whenever I've had an appointment. Sad to say that came to an abrupt end when I came in contact with Stephanie the Office Manager. I was late to my appointment and I understood that if couldn't be seen and had to reschedule. Sure Ok. Well I asked if i could just speak with the doctor for one moment and it wouldn't take long. She snapped at me with a nasty No. Then she proceeded to say while rolling her eyes and looking very angry and annoyed, "Well that would be considered a doctor's visit." She didn't care to know or ask If I was ok? If it was an emergency? She was very rude. To make sure I heard her correctly she gave another hard said NO.
Now I've heard her speak nasty to the staff but to me was taking it too far. I understand and overheard her say, it's her office and she runs it like she wants to but she doesn't need to treat us the patients that way. I'm sick and I don't deserve to be treated that way. None of us do. Her behavior is absurd. Also if we don't come there unfortunately Dr. Li won't have any patients. Dr. Li and the other staff are the only reason I still go. Be careful when coming here because she will yell at you and what she says goes.
