Thoroughly enjoyable experience with Howard. This was a Father’s Day present which I really enjoyed taking part in with my son. Learnt so much about how to make good quality, delicious pizzas with relatively minimal effort.
Howard was a very patient instructor, made the day a lot of fun and we were totally stuffed!

Brought my husband a pizza oven for his birthday at the end of May. Our pizza’s were going fine and were nice. But felt we could improve more. Decided to sign us both up for D Pizza Guy pizza making course which we attended on 13th July. Was really easy to sign up and Howard asked questions prior to our visit to ensure he would cover everything we wanted to get out of it. I did request a dessert pizza.
We were sent through a list of what was needed, where the venue was and told all food & drink included.
Once at the venue Howard gave us a lovely welcome and provided teas coffees whilst everyone arrived & settled.
The class had a great flow. Howard answered all our questions throughout. We ate plenty of food and lots of drink options. Howard taught us how to make dough, we were using far too much yeast at home, we were making the whole process far more complicated than it needed to be, so this class covered all our questions amazingly. He made pizzas, we ate them and then we had a go making our own. Also made garlic bread. Howard showed us how to make Camembert with pizza sticks. Which tasted amazing. He also threw in a healthier snack of lettuce, Caesar sauce and fake bacon. We talked toppings and sauces. And then my most anticipated part - dessert pizza - Howard made a lemon curd custard meringue - it was amazing!
Between the two of us we took home 5 pizzas, 1 garlic bread & 2 bags of dough (enough to make 8 pizzas).
We had a blast on the course and learnt so much! Its all well and good trying to self-teach like we were but doing the course just felt like we learnt years of Howard’s practice makes perfect recipes & techniques. I couldn’t recommend the course enough. Thank you so much Howard!

Howard provided a fully catered experience for our 15 guests, providing canapés, first course, steak, desert, cheese board, all made by Howard and his team on the night. Fabulous food, great chef and I would highly recommend him for your event.

Thoroughly enjoyed a birthday pizza making class by Howard on Sunday which completely exceeded expectations.

Everything was covered at a laid back and enjoyable pace, with plenty of opportunity for questions and 1 to 1. The science behind it all was explained with many tips and gotchas to note, which will really help build confidence when hosting people in the future.

This is not forgetting the pizzas (and the rest!) which were out of this world. No skimping on ingredients. Plenty of opportunity for eating (and drinking!).

I don't often leave reviews but I felt I absolutely must in this case. We recently attended a Pizza Making Course with D Pizza Guy and it's honestly one of the best things we've ever done. Howard is very knowledgeable and friendly and takes you through the full process step by step. It's a very hands on experience with plenty of tasty pizza and drinks along the way. I couldn't recommend this course highly enough and it's fantastic value for money. For anyone who is interested in learning how to make your own pizzas, or for those who are currently making them but having problems (like we were) look no further than D Pizza Guy. Thank you to Howard and his team for a great experience!

We booked Howard for my partners surprise 50th birthday party.
From the very start of our communications Howard was very friendly and easy to liaise with.
He easily catered to various dietary requirements which I know was appreciated - we had a mix of coeliac, gf, df, vegan and veggie plus those who can eat anything.
This don’t faze Howard at all.
On the night of the party Howard was brilliant. He served numerous freshly made pizzas from his ovens which were set up outside. Everyone commented on how good they tasted.
I would not hesitate to book Howard again for another party. An all round great experience - thank you Howard.
