I have been seeing Dr. Li for several years and my experiences have been very positive. I find her to be very thorough and caring in dealing with my concerns. There are doctors closer to where I live but when she moved her office from the Vintage to Westheimer, after trying a couple other doctors, I started traveling to her new office.

One of the worst encounters I've ever had with a medical professional. Dr. Li was extremely inept in hearing about my medical concern and completely rushed the conversation. It was obvious she did not care. I am normally quick to offer grace but I was completely taken aback with how she was seemingly in a rush and dismissive of the issue. Turns out what I initially brought to her attention was indeed a health concern that was confirmed by other medical professionals within the same network of doctors. I do not understand how she has received raving reviews and personally would never recommend her services to anyone. My concern is she is only attentive to "certain types" of patients and not attentive to all patients that walk in to see her regarding a health matter.

She is very patient and concerned with me as an elderly patient. She is personable and very pleasant to talk to about any concerns I may have. Kelsey-Seybold is very lucky to have her as a clinic doctor.
