Bought a vehicle from here in September five weeks later the vehicle breaks apparently not the problem of the dealership after six long months the outcome is in and low and behold the issue with the vehicle would not have happened in the little time I had driven it I suppose if a proper service or even an actual service was carried out then the dealership would have seen the problem not only this the owner gavin took a further payment from me which he first told me was for the fee for the finance company (this fee doesn’t exist )then told by gavin that he charged me it for being indecisive which is absolutely ridiculous considering I was still within the 14 day consumer rights period. initially wouldn’t have faulted this dealership until I encountered the issue and then met with rudeness from the owner would definitely not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle that lasts more than 5 weeks

Picked up a transit around a year ago, the altenator went on it thankfully Gavans do have a warrantywise cover with it, but just went for its MOT and failed and I had to get all the break discs/pads replaced. Cost me £660 the garage I went to said the miles I've done (around 3k) from when I bought it last year there's absolutely no chance it was me that caused it, No idea how it passed its MOT first time ?‍♂️ if I never had the warranty for the altenator all in all it would cost me £1160 in 12 months. (Edited this review as I feel the 2 stars I gave was a tad harsh..2 years on and tbh the van has been running great bar the problem's I originally posted..I would use again)
