This guy is a sad excuse for medical “professional”. Scared to admit he made a mistake, pride/ego clearly in the way and apparently arrogant enough to think I’d want to go back. Save your money and go somewhere else

Always pleasant and very good. Took my son to him after he was diagnosed with pink eye and given ointments but wasn't getting better. My son was seen immediately and then referred to Loma Linda. It wasn't pink eye and required months of treatment but Dr Lee saved his eyesight.

Dr. Mike Li is amazing. I have been seen by many optometrist as I have needed glasses since I was 12 years old. However, I came to him 3-4 years ago complaining of blurry vision. Dr. Li immediately told me I had astigmatism. All doctors before him never caught it and never took the time to find the problem... always felt like $$$ walking through the door but Dr. Li took the time to figure it out. Only optometrist I go to now for the last 3-4 years. Oh and he is a really nice man... his team is good as well.

I see all these rude receptionist comments and I wish those people would remember if you are rude... people will be rude back. If you come to my job and be rude I will be rude back. No push over b!@+$ here or anywhere.

I came here with my sister in law. He was extremely rude telling me I don’t have to come back here. I would ask him questions and he wouldn’t answer. The 1st Time I got charged $50 for the contact exam and my eye was “infected” so he “couldn’t tell my prescription” so I paid a $30 fee for a proscription that didn’t do much. I waited until I was done with the bottle came back and he has an attitude saying this time it’s free but not the next. So I was a little confused as to why I would even be charged when he didn’t exam me the first time because my eye was infected and took my $50 anways. He didn’t know what to say after that. Now my sister in law had told him the contacts burned and they weren’t clear all he said was they should be! And walked away. I left and paid out of pocket at target for the exam and did wonderful they actually got my prescription right and didn’t rush me. Don’t waste your time or money go across the street to target if you value respect and if you want un expired trial contacts.

I've been going to Dr Li for several years and he has always been professional. He took care of my eyes and detected some things in my eyes. I saw an opthalmologist and they detected cataracts.
I'm so happy to have Dr Li as my optometrist.
He's wonderful!

The receptionist was extremely rude & when I asked to speak to the doctor she said he did not want to speak to me. So I just had to deal with two rude people when all I wanted to do was buy a contact which I had previously done before and now all of the sudden “it’s against policy”. If you want mediocre service come here!

Came here to for my eye exam. I had an appointment but it got lost. But thay wer still able to accommodate my. I was in and out with my prescription in a reasonable amount of time and my prescription was perfect. Now I can see better than before
