This place used to be amazing! We used to order from here a lot. In the last wee while have went total downhill!! Crispy shredded chicken? Over cooked that much there was no chicken left inside! Purely felt like we were attempting to chew through bark! Salt and chilli chips were just undercooked chips with onion and chillis threw over them. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a meal! If I could rate lower than 1 star I would! Definitely won't be back ?

This is our local and has always been the best. Worst meal ever tonight. Sweet and sour tasteless. Salt and chilli rice was just chilli and no other taste. Crispy shredded chicken was just batter. Feel cheated out of £22.

The best chinese take away in the local area by far. Food is always hot and tasty. It's not greasy and it is very reasonably priced. Shop is spotlessly clean and staff always helpful and pleasant. Cant wait till next week for our next one ?

This is the last time I think I will be ordering from here don't know how hard it is to get order correct when you ask for curry sauce and onions in the same container but comes separate curry sauce and raw onions in beside the chicken balls

AVOID!!!!!

Awful service. Botched our order and refused to admit that it was their error, essentially calling my girlfriend and I liars. Asked to speak to the manager and was told to contact the restaurant. We done so and, despite us being very reasonable, patient and pleasant, the woman who answered was both ignorant and dismissive and even hung up on us! Was told the manager would call us back but needless to say this didn't happen. Awful way to run a business and treat paying customers. After reading online reviews, I have seen that this has happened to other customers so AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There are much better, more affordable options for Chinese food in the area (namely Lucky Star) so don't risk ordering from here and giving more money to people who don't understand the principle of treating customers and fellow humans with basic humanity!

I live in Coatbridge and didn’t realise they were now in plains but I’m so glad I ordered they still delivered the food portion size and taste was delicious and the staff are fantastic!

Rice was solid and undercooked and beef curry was absolutely rotten the worst i have had salt and chilli chips were good
