Super happy with the service and the speed of which Milly at Jigsaw Conferences helped us find a venue with such short notice. She understood what we were looking for from only a few lines in an email and delivered several options which we liked and fit ut budget and setup. We went ahead with one of the options she provided and even with the December holidays, there was always someone who picked up the emails when others were away. I dealt with Emily Jennings at Jigsaw Conferences, she was fantastic. I cancelled twice, due to our client changing her dates and even when I booked with her a third time, I still got great service. The venues sourced were in a great location, there was a good variety to choose from.
Our client was very happy with the conference facility at the hotel and the hotel staff were were great too. Any hassles were sorted out promptly.
